These are huge steps to dispelling the lies of the anti's. This is a huge step for welfare and huge penalties for offenders. It will be interesting to see the penalties for the first people charged under the new rules.

i cant under stand that drugs are not a welfare issue,
as for live baiting, what does that mean, if i wont to take my greyhounds hunting is that live baiting, i dont mine the rules that they have drawn up , we have trainers who have pleaded guilty to drug use yet they are alowed to keep training, surely this rule should be change , if disqualified, yes a trainer or owner can appeal, but there are disqualified, and cant train or handle greyhounds unless there appeal is sucessful, then we will see if grv a fare dinkom about welfare, drugs has to be number one welfare issue,
