The value of the result upload from Ireland to GD is HUGE !

It is a priceless tool for breeders, sellers, trainers and buyers in both the Uk and in Ireland.

It would be a big blow to the sport this side of the world if this problem can not be solved.

I don't blame any side in this matter and don't know what the problem is.

I have no problems with the new IGB website except it is VERY VERY slow, but GD offers a lot more information.

So please IGB and GD keep trying :-)

why would you pay to be a GOLD member and then have to start doing GD'S work for them unpaid? I'll fix the problem in 5 minutes if you put me on the pay roll and get rid of all the plonkers.

Hi Clare, I have just returned from visiting Gunnar and discussing the issues with him. The IGB is my next port of call next week. I am doing all I can to resolve the problems and hopefully we are nearly there.

Kevin, the other thread wasn't deleted simply unpinned from the top.

Any further update tony ???

Has GD not got a phone number so as you can speak to someone with clear and accurate information. Instead we are all asking questions and nobody has any notion of giving us answers on this site. It's like nobody at GD can see this topic or are just pig ignorant and ignoring everybody. I think the only way they will take notice is for all gold star members to take legal action for fraud. Have we waited long enough???

What a load of rubbish and a bit rich coming from someone who have no gold star!!! Trouble maker comes to mind like a few others on this topic and on face book.

I paid to become a gold member and at no time did I see in any of the emails regarding membership that paid members are guaranteed irish results!!! I would like to add that I paid to access the ask the vet service and what a fantastic service this has been. It has saved me three times the cost of gold membership so far. Well done data and keep up the good work super service.

Cant see members willing to pay for a below par service...the problem if only an IT issue then it should have been sorted by now...maybe fear of members pulling there support if the problem cannot be sorted is another one of the reason for feedback...

I certainly would not say the service I receive is below par what I am paying for is working very well for me. At no stage was I ever lead to believe that I was paying for Irish results as this was always free!!!

Greyhound data has had problems like this in the past and they have been resolved. I am sure that this will be resolved as well. One thing is for sure it is becoming very clear that a small few trouble makers are trying to make a mountain out of a molehill and hell bent on causing problems.

Do you work for GD by any chance, as it certainly sounds like it. You would have to agree your in the minority on this subject. As far as a trouble maker is concerned that applies to someone that tells lies and makes up stories. Anything I have said is fact. If you go through all the posts on this subject you must be the only one that is not a trouble maker. The only party causing trouble is GD them selves by not fixing the problem. Wise up man and talk some sense!!!! Didn't know expressing your opinion classified anyone as being a trouble maker, is that not what this forum is for, giving your opinion?

Hold on a second you are the one coming on here posting silly nonsense about fraud with all due respect you have not got a clue do you! That sort of talk is like something you would hear from the village idiot and no I do not work for greyhound data just a paying member who is very happy with what I have paid for get over it.
