The corporates have it written into their joining rules that if an "operator error" has been made on a fixed price market, they cancel the bet.

Here's an example:
If any price offered on our website is clearly an operator error (eg. match posted with wrong favourite), we reserve the right to cancel bets placed at this price. ***company name*** will attempt to notify Clients of such cancellation by email and or telephone prior to the commencement of the event.
