Hi Tony, Just a hopeful request from someone on the fringes of the broadband spectrum. As there seems to be a lack of towers in many of our areas of abode. We have recently been victims of frequent loss of this great site. Whenever you endeavour to log on, we can sometimes wait up to five minutes to receive the "Beast or human" dilemma. If you manage to pass that, then the whole screen is covered in an add, which is impossible to remove! Many of us are still not able to message anybody, as that problem still exists. If you could please investigate these problems, we would be most grateful. as we enjoy the site so much. Kind Regards Ron.

Hi Ron, does the problem occur when you are viewing GD on a phone? I found out yesterday that this was a problem and hopefully it will be resolved in the next 24 hours. Thanks for letting us know. Our IT are also looking at the speed of the website and this also should improve.

also now when you click on a topic and it opens all the left side is missing the persons name etc

This was a stuff up by one of our IT team. Please hold the Ctrl key down and press the minus button. This will reduce the size of your page and allow you to click No. To get your page back to how it was hold the Ctrl key down and press zero.
I am sorry for all the inconvenience and frustration it has caused our members.

And now we've got the ridiculous My Redeemer pop-up that takes up the whole screen (can't log on) and which you can only get rid of by re-activating the adblocker and disabling "pop ups".
I'd love to be able to post a screen shot, but I'm sure I'm not allowed.

That's all fine-and-good, but if you can't log on (because of the HUGE "My Redeemer advert" getting in the way) no one's going to see how to remedy this (and previous, similar) problem.
You sure you don't have "antis" running your I.T??
