One of our members placed an advert in the classifieds wanting to purchase a straw. A person answered the advert and the straw was paid for by our member. Unfortunately, the person selling the straw took the money and has failed to make any contact with the buyer. Our member suspects that it was a scam.
Please before buying a straw from anyone get the straw ID and do a check with Greyhounds Australasia.
I cannot put the name of this person up or his phone number as there is a police investigation currently taking place.
The person being investigated is NOT a member on GD.

Sadly there's a few bad debtors getting around. Spoke to someone on here who was "stung" by a fellow Greyhound-data member. So just be careful everyone.
