I am coming from another angle Con. Firstly, PAW has already said that he had cut his breeding in half on this site I believe. Secondly, what if PAW has a gutful of how the industries are being managed and decides to pull the pin. I have no idea what PAW would do but I want to highlight what the overbreeding myth has produced. Which is why the heading is the way it is. PAW races in Victoria, so it effects Victoria.
Make no mistake PAW isn't going to pull the pin any time soon. ( or should I say the wheelers ) They run a very successful business ( and good on them the deserve everything they have ).
Mr. Greenie and his dog " Prosperity" were marooned in a cabin on a frozen tundra. The sun didn't shine ( another ice-age) the wind turbines were stuck and the global warmist's had already stolen all the coal they could off the "deniers"and murdered them in their sleep. Starvation got the better of Mr. Greenie and "Prosperity" had to go, if he was to survive the bitter cold.So he did what any self respecting , trans gender public servant would do, he put himself first and nourished himself on "Prosperity". After a few weeks, all he was faced with was more hunger and a pile of bones. He then thought to himself " pity Prosperity isn't here, he would have loved those bones". ( that is about where Australia is at the moment!!!!.)

Calm down Richard, i have my foibles and just trying to demonstrate how "Diversity, the A.B.C, and Canberra and it's gender fluid community are ruining normal Australian lives. Gerbil racing is very big there, so are fat girls in straw hats and bib and brace coveralls appearing on A.B.C television, trying to get Apu and the Kwiki -mart deleted from the " Simpsons". Cheers, i'm just a dinosaur that wants my Australia back. I hate " DIVERSITY" Trying to demonstrate P.A.W is a high profile " victim" of what i call "four percenter weirdo's. Social shapers, who on a hot day are manufacturing their own cheese!!!!

I have some sympathy with your underlying thoughts.
However, Richard is right. That's not the issue here. GA/GRNSW made rules. PAW broke them. PAW pleaded guilty.
Personally, in the interests of Australian racing, I think the rule is a good one. Breaching it harms the local effort, which is dicey enough as it is. We need brownie points.
The alternative is to give more ammunition to fat girls in straw hats.
