Weblec Rose (29.2 with 8 Sandown wins) has had five individual winners in a week. Fly For Fun, Firetail, Weblec Jack, Weblec Queen all by Kinloch Brae and Weblec Nic by Barcia Bale. Another pup Weblec Ace can make it six in a week at Sandown Thursday. Her litter sister Weblec Belle may have been the better race dog but sister may be better producer.

After her son Weblec Ace won the VIC. sprint final, I am now available for lotto predictions, stock market tips etc. Her litter to Fernando includes very smart pups Weblec Jet and Fly for Trix. Many would have expected her sister to be the better brood.

Belle however did produce a Group 1 winner. An interesting comparison is both sisters going to Fernando. At these early stages it looks like Weblec Rose will produce the better pups to him. However I hear some very bullish reports of belles third litter to Mepunga Blazer.

Since I started this topic two years ago, Weblec Rose has now produced 4 group winners including tonight's Geelong Cup winner Weblec Jet. The others are Weblec Ace, Fly for Trix and Funambulist. Another is group placed. Every one of her pups has won.

She's been very impressive 14 of the 18 maybe (17) if I revise the number which is remarkable for postive runners for a brood, ill also add she's a direct descendant of the mighty sea serpent!
