Bernardo continues to go from strength to strength.
People need to keep in mind that most of his pups of racing age are off his $1100 introductory fee.
His results will only get better from here on in as the quality of bitches he served 18 months - 2 years ago went up with the increase in stud fee after breeders started catching on to his success.
Wouldnt be surprised if he becomes Victorias number 1 stud dog over the next 2-3 years.

Aussie Secret at $1650 could be a wise choice. Only 2 litters so far.

He's a ripper dog, his record and times are good but hardly stellar. Why has he been so successful at stud?

How many out and out freaks has William McMahon trained?

How many champions has Roselyn Hume trained other than Aussie Infrared?

How many champions has Tracey Scruse trained other than Pindari Express?

How many champions has Luckie Karabitsakos trained other than Hard Style Rico?

Might just be me and definitely not foolproof, but I always see it as a good indication the dog just had natural X factor about him

William, Roselyn and Luckie have trained quite a few really good dogs from a Victorian perspective.

Whos being wise after the event? I simply drew the obvious comparisons to them both. To offer an idea to your question. With Aussie also going well at stud.

It is better to remain silent at the risk of being thought a fool, than to talk and remove all doubt of it

This boy won his maiden at Warrnambool Thursday night.
Very smart pup. No nonsense about him.
All through rearing I could see how smart he was.
I'm so impressed I just bought another Bernardo pup.

I was wrong, Rosalyn Hume had a good dog before Aussie Infrared. But overall my theory is pretty spot on, Bernardo, Hard Style Rico, Pindari Express and Aussie Infrared are likely to be the best dogs they'll ever have. All I meant is they aren't "big name" trainers with superstar after superstar at their disposal

I'll be honest, I never forseen Aussie Infrared being close to as successful as he's been, but I caught onto Bernardo pretty early in the piece just on his breeding. And I think given the opportunity Pindari Express and Hard Style Rico will be super at stud too

Me talking too much is one of my skills/flaws depending on who you're asking. But I have to mention that's the pot calling the kettle

Lol, I'll agree to disagree with almost everything you've said there. How soon people forget.
