Hi people, my Broodie Pearl's Legacy came on season today. I am in a two minds what to do as far as what sire to use. I have purchased a Superior Panama straw BUT unsure if I want to use it yet. My other thoughts are Orsen Allen or Sennechie. Have any breeding guru got thoughts on any of these or something else. She has been to Barcia Bale who she produced Amy Cora and Blue Legacy. She has a Fernando Bale litter which is 6 months old.

This ones a no brainer for me its Banjo Boy all the way. Magambo the sire of your dam and in the x path of your dam when mated to Offspringer the dam of Banjo Boy produced offspring the caliber of echelon and sweet it is etc. When Banjo Boys sister Miss Uggboot was mated to Magambo it produced dogs like Smiley Mulwee and Shearers Ugg etc, not group dogs but certainly not useless. Have a look at Magambos top offspring and start from there. Cheers

My Redeemer ticks a lot of boxes, 3x3 to Wheres Pedro in the best place( 3 down one up). Wheres Pedro and Pearls legacy same damline My Redeemer crossed to both Black Shiraz and Awesome Assassin which is needed in Pearls Legacy

Hi Peter,
If Beast Unleashed is of interest, please send me a PM and we can discuss options. Looks very good on paper.

An excerpt from the David Brasch article on the Beast:
Which brings us to other options for The Beast.
As mentioned above, Dont Knocka Him has done exceptionally well when linked to Bombastic Shiraz and also his son Bit Chili especially the latter. Again, the number of these bitches about are limitless. To prove this even further, Barcia Bales champion son Aston Dee Bee (G1 Melb Cup) is from a daughter of Bombastic Shiraz-Elite Oriental. Of course, Knocka Norris (damsire of The Beast) is a litter brother to Elite Oriental. Also, Barcia Bale has sired a number of great gallopers that carry a cross of the litter brothers Hallucinate and Wheres Pedro. This too can be a source of success for The Beast to mate bitches with up-close crosses of Wheres Pedro in their dam.

Rather than looking at sires by Mogambo why not the dam's Mick?
Solar Pak threw a couple that are not slouches(LOL), so for my money I like this: -

Hey mate, I wasnt looking at sires by Magambo but his top offspring which are out ofOffspringer the dam of Banjo Boy. Do like your test mating though with Magambo in the x path on both occasions. Cheers Cheers

Hi Peter,
From a Brett Lee perspective and at face value Sennechie wld be a better choice as his grandam Punk Rock Lass carries individuals that cover Brett Lee's pedigree at a very high 88% CLICK HERE within 5 generations and his sires dam Chloe Allen does the same within 6 gens from memory.
Ricks suggestion does similar. There cld be other sires too that may do this that shld be considered.
Seeing Brett Lee combining with this damline threw superstar race/stud dogs....its worth seriously considering.
Again this is from a Brett Lee perspective only. Orson may do this from another niche angle but I wld have thought linebreeding Brett Lee thru different individuals at a very high percentage was a no brainer in this case with this damline. My 2cents worth. Cheers.
