Poster's names not displayed

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem, whereby the poster's names within a topic aren't being displayed?

Over the past week, to ten days, each topic, whilst displaying the post and clearly seperated by a line the actual poster/contributor's name is not being displayed, which obviously isn't what should be happening, and is extremely frustrating, as, apart from the Topic starter's name, and the last poster's name (on the main forum page), it is impossible to know who has replied, or who is replying.

Any ideas? or could a Data team member possibly look into this please.

Have you guys tried refreshing your computer/laptop?

Sometimes works for me with problems elsewhere

Hi David,

Thanks for the screen shot I will chase up the IT team. I had reported this to them, but they were unable to reproduce the problem as all works fine for them and me. Sorry I have not acted sooner I have been travelling. Hopefully this will be an easy fix.

if you are working with the newest Firefox browser (108.0.2) please disable any ad blockers. This will fix the problem.

On Chrome browser (Version 108.0.5359.124) you'll not have any problems

if you are using an "add blocker" it may also cause problems with the way you are seeing GD. This is something we cannot fix from our end as GD is running fine.
