JEANIES QUEEN (Droopys Sandy-Jeanies Jet) Without doubt the best performed of the top 10 but only just. She won the Launceston Cup among her 28 wins, ran a Launceston track record, was third in the Paws of Thunder, second in the Shootout and ran flying times on most city tracks in the country. She ran 29.86 around Albion Park. Her damline is a true Queensland goldmine harking back to her third dam the great Townsville galloper and broodbitch Idol Eyes. Jeanies Jet, dam of Jeanies Queen, was a multiple Albion Park winner over 600m and a sister to the former Ipswich 512m track record holder Captains Heir. Another brother was Pacemaster who won the New Years Trophy at Wentworth Park. Jeanies Me Mum, second dam of Jeanies Queen, was a litter sister to top class galloper Beagle Boy Eyes and Avenue Princess the dam of top stayer Platinum Prince and SA St Leger winner Jurassics Image. Jeanies Queen carries five crosses of that famed UK broodbitch Sheila At Last (dam of Monalee Champion). Jeanies Queen has produced plenty of winners, none up to her own lofty heights. They include Cyclonic Lee, Juniper Lee, Lee Majors, Red Jazz, Motoring Along. Her litters to Brett Lee and Bright Ebony produced plenty of in-breeding but most of it back on the fourth to fifth generation. We wonder if the influence of her own sire, the Irish cast-off and stud flop Droopys Sandy has been too much for her to become the success expected of her. There is great hope for her daughters.

Broc , I know it's abit off topic to the bitch your talking about, but i have a Dog here that's going on 30mths out of Droopy's Jet, Litter sis to JQ. He's X Lochinvar Jet and he's been plagued with a wrist injury ALL his life but I've only had him for 4 months and I've found one of the best wrist specialists Aus has to offer and it looks like the punt I took on this dog MAY pay off. His naming papers got sent away thursday cause he's been trialing the house down....And he's one of the meanest/Craziest MF I've come across!!LOL. But still a long way to go....
Lovely Breeding Micheal That bitch you have there would have to be worth something in the barn?. Is that Jeanies One?? Or a litter sister?? be nice to watch her career! Super Bitch that Jeanies Queen
Take it easy Nathan

she has no sisters, yes thats the breeding , but it wont be her racing name , i put that in there to do a test mating , she is a lovely pup , we started breaking her in two weeks ago, she is now finished with breakin flys the lips , runs very hard , so she is in rest mode now for about three months , to let her fully devlop,
her mate whom we started breaking in at the same time has got no idea after two weeks lolllllllll

Mick Not a bad name that one though... If you ever are selling her prodgeny down the track, drop me a line someday @ [email protected] and I'd buy one of her bitches !! BUT before she goes on to win a dozen in the city and a few group races, MAYBE for my sake we should negotiate a price now!!!!!:) Good Luck with her mate!
Broc, The Go Wild Teddy litter looks like it didn't do anything special, and i don't know of any of the Lochinvar Jet litter racing ATM. All I know is this bloke i got here broke in above average at 16 months, had 2 months off then was pre training and broke down in the wrist. He was put in the paddock for 6-7 months to see if that helped. The trainer Has about 20+ dogs for 1 owner and didn't have the time/room to bring him in and eventually was going to have to give up on him, Then I was speaking to this chap about another dog (which already went),and I was filthy. We got talking and he offered me this boy, He seems to be holding up ok, fingers crossed every run. Only time will tell! But i'm running out of it..LOL If I get 5-10 starts out of him I'll be over the moon!! Take it easy all, Have a good Aussie day!!!! Nathan
