297M - in the 11.80 - 12.00 range is okay, 500m in the 12.50 - 13.00 is okay. The turn through the 600 boxes can be tricky, a couple of looks usually sees them doing somewhere near their best.

297M - in the 11.80 - 12.00 range is okay, 500m in the 12.50 - 13.00 is okay (the lower end of both ranges being good). The turn through the 600 boxes can be tricky, a couple of looks usually sees them doing somewhere near their best.
