Shot to bits, what a terrific run at the meadows last night. 3lengths last out of the boxes, weaves his way through the field & flashed home for 2nd. Another 5mts. & he wins clearly. Good to see BEKIM bale producing some very promising probable middle distance dogs.

This bloke is going places. Funny how you hear all sorts of reports about his pups. Just goes to show you need to wait until they hit the track and start racing.

For me i was one who was sitting on the fence with him but now i think he might just make it as a top stud dog. Very early days but i wouldn't hesitate to use him with the right bitch.

In NSW not only did Space S break the Richmond 600 m record in his first start, Zipping Delta won at maitland last Thursday in middle distance debut and Bessy Boo was very impressive IMO winning on his middle distance debut at Richmond in the 600 m feature last night .

To me he looks like he will dominate the middle and distance ranks as a sire in 12 months. Just a shame he won't be here to follow up with wave after wave of pups but also can't knock them for taking the offers they received. Grab what you can of his semen while you can I would think!

I doubt he will be going anywhere . Too valuable a proposition here and very good for our gene pool with a reintroduction of strength.

Doug, do you know something we don't? Have not heard any talk of him going anywhere.

Sorry guys, apologies, thought I'd read he'd been sold but must have got my wires crossed. I'm normally the last to know Lawrence so no scoop here, be great if he's here for many years to come because I tend to agree with Michael as I've said previously, the next Token Prince for mine.

Don't quite understand what you mean there Grant? Thought I'd read it on here but must have got him confused with another dog somewhere...

Bekim Bale now moves to 10th on the Victorian Sires list and 2 track records. Not a bad effort when his pups only started in October last year. I hope owners give them a chance as all of Bekim Bale littermates all started racing around 23 Months of age.

Oscura wins in good time at warragul race 12, 25.689.
He can improve too. I'm wrapped in what he is doing,
Bekims are very strong!

Super run last night and a flying 14.20 run home. A very exciting pup Ben, he's in great hands and I'm sure you will have a lot of fun with him.
