WHITTAKER bolts in by 6+ lengths running a sensational 29.55.

Just .11 off DOUBLE TWIST's track record of 29.44.

WHITTAKER proved his run-home time last week was no fluke recording 12.39, .01 quicker then last week.

Remember the names.

WHITTAKER & his sire MILLDEAN PANTHER.

Would have to be one of the hottest young pups racing at the moment.

Steve,

I heard last week that Bruce Fletcher rates Whittaker the quickest greyhound he's ever had, so that says a lot about this one...could become a superstar of the future.

That is a huge statement Jeff, given he guided rockets like Bond and Magnifique to outstanding careers

The way he has won his first two races shows he could well be the real deal and a great start for his sire

Yeah Jeff... I heard about this brilliant pup not long back and he's certainly stepped up to plate.

Whittaker is in very capable hands (touchwood) with Bruce & Julie.

He has a lot to offer. I wish them luck.

Micheal.
You didnt bet Borneo again did you . ?? LOL
I would just like the say well done to Borneo, he finished a very close 2nd the the great Ballymac Vic to reach the semi finals of the Irish Greyhound Derby.Good luck to both Liam and Peter owner and trainer of Borneo in the next round. Borneo dam , Bebo Babe is out of the 1st half dozen bitches to be mated to Milldean Panther.his litter brother Chicago reached the finale of the English Puppy Derby where he was 10/11 fav,Unfortunately he finished very lame . in Australia in the first 10 litters Milldean Panther has produced a group 3 finalist in his first few runs and the talking pup Whittaker.I am really looking forward to the next 18 months to see some of his second crop of pups, as the bitches Panther has mated are really fantastic.fingers crossed and some luck.

WHITTAKER made it 3 wins from 4 starts last night at Bulli winning over the strong 472m journey.
Starting from the squeeze box (4), WHITTAKER begun on terms with 4 others before settling into 2nd spot quickly.
Turning into the home straight, he took the easy way to the front by railing & shooting clear to win by 3 3/4 of a length in a Best of Night 26.27.

Hi Steve. I think you were right about Whittaker. He looks a real nice prospect and still a puppy. The future looks bright for this fellow. What I like about him is he was brave and very determined.Even the commentator says after the race he is a nice pup.Good luck to connections.
