Conrad

The TGS ones generally have programs based on the needs of the injury, which go for different timeframes, and intensities. The cheap ones just turn on and have the same pulse which you have to change manually.

This is the one we use $200 and does the job.

Thanks for your reply Brenton, So is the output really the same between the cheap ones and the dearer ones? Is the advanced settings the main difference? I just know nothing about these machines and have never used one. The model i am looking at is a XFT 320 if anyone has used this before?

Conrad, most have a different output depending on their size. I don't know about the one your talking about, the best thing would be to see what features it has compared to other models.

I like the one we use, as it has specific programs, some for muscle repair, some for increased strength etc.
