People's thought on if it is worth paying $3,000 for a laser machine?

We have a laser and an ultrasound and my preference is for the latter. One thing the laser does work wonders on is scar tissue from really badly torn muscles.

I am also looking for an ultrasound, I think both have their benefits

Hi Rose, for me its not one over another. Different machines for different injuries. I use the laser for most because it does not involve heat as it is a photochemical process. Eg if you have an injury that is bleeding you can use the laser straight away, starting the healing process quicker.

I have a laser, I think I paid $2400, worth every penny.

I have an ultrasonic. It generates heat, more physical. I use for metacarpal soreness in the bucket of water, must be a steel/metal bucket.

I have not got one yet, magnetic field therapy unit.

Cheers Charles

I have a laser that does everything. I was thinking of getting an ultrasound but decided against it as they can cause too much damage to muscle tissue, and as the machine I have cannot harm in any way it suits me and a lot less hassle.
