No longer on the market was made by Chemist in bluebell (can't think of his name off the top of my head Barry or Murray may have been his surname). I think he had the patent etc. but has passed away a good few years ago now.

Was great stuff, dogs would run a mile when they smelt it though.

I taught it was made by a company in stoneyford in co.kilkennt I think I have the name at home.
I also should have the list of contents for it at home as I tried to get it made up a while, back but the company I asked to make it up said they couldn't do it asI was going to try bring it back on the market.

Might be Garlican I think Vinny, Garlico was made by Paddy Barry in Bluebell. Different stuff, used Garlican after Paddy passed but no where near as good.

I thought the original garlico had rue and wormwood in the indredients and was banned at some stage in the past because of those. They are abortives, but then so is garlic I beleive.
The original garlico was brilliant stuff.

The original garlico was brilliant stuff.

The active ingredient was 'oil of chenopodium'.
