We have been told our greyhound currently in another state has an Achilles injury. I am obviously familiar with what that means to humans but not greyhounds. I am having him vetted but wondered if anyone could shed any light on what we are looking at.

Will depend on how bad the injury is.
Have had some success in getting them back on the track but find they do loose a few lengths.
It is a injury that needs plenty of time and maintenance
