picked up a pup today ...looks in good cond except he has these swollen glands like a small grape on either side of his cheeks ....just an inch or so under his eye ...feels like a small squashed grape ...im thinking its a swollen gland maybe relating to his teething ? Any thoughts please ?

David, these are just swollen lymph nodes draining from a probable infection. They are more common than you would think and will soon clear up. I have seen lots of dogs with them, so don't worry.

Happened to mine after they had their inoculations - lymph nodes came up under their jaw - simple immune response - nowt to worry about.
