Never had a problem with Jetpets. I have always found them to be fantastic, especially their greyhound specialist Jo I think her name is. If your dog was a particularly anxious dog, you would know that, then I guess you might drive them

I've never had a problem with jetpets and would rather fly my hound than use certain transport companies, with whom I've had much worse experiences than the above article.
I do know that short nose dogs are prone to problems when flying and can cause them issues. That's why when you fly them you are usually asked such questions. It is a horrible thing to have happened but they are animals and we don't know how well they travel while we aren't there. The lab obviously had a freak out and there's nothing jetpets can do about that.

Ther is no way you can blame Jet pets or any othe animal transport company.......
There is procedure in place that all must abide by.
Onus has to be one the owner of the dog and they need to inform the transport company of any issues in regards to the animals characteristics, some need a mild sedative some don't. Just another case of the media out to have ago at someone or something..........
