hi everyone we rehomed a bitch last christmas as we lost a greyhound just before, now she been for a walk around the park and half hour she peed on the carpet, we keep taking the carpet away and cleaning under where she cannot get the scent, she was tested by the vet last month and everything was normal, i'm not sure if she has a weak bladder, any thoughts on this please

Could be one of several things, Ken. She could be coming in season, she could have cystitis, a kidney infection, or could be drinking too much. If she is drinking a lot, check her mouth/tonsils to see if she has a problem there. Try a different vet, too, as there has to be a problem somewhere. A second opinion may help, and make sure her urine is checked under a microscope, as well as with the normal dip stick test.

The fresher the sample of urine the better, too, so good luck, Ken.

The fact she has been spayed could be the answer, we had a bitch who was very clean before but not after, she used to wee all the time. I have another 1 in the kennel that we call miss peepee she does it so often.

Ken try a mild Diuretic - Kidney Function, Removes acid and toxins from urine. Assists urinary flow, as well as reducing crystals forming in the urinary tract.
