For some years I have had a website up being hosted by geocities that contained a fair amount of info in regards to various aspects of the racing greyhound, and I have had fairly good feedback regarding this site.
Now unfortunately geocities is closing down on October 16 and along with them my current website!
While I neither have the spare coin nor any real interest in having to pay to have this site hosted, I have hopefully found an alternative that will allow the info to be available to those that find it useful.
I have activated a site on Proboards that should soon have all the info that was available on my previous website.
For those that have bookmarked the site, this is the new address:
EXTERNAL LINK As far as the new site is concerned, because it is in a Forum format and this type of format generally requires people to become members, to make it easier to access I have disabled the sign up system.
While I guess I will find out sooner or later if this is a good idea or not, as it stands anyone should be able to access the forums AND post in the question and answer sections.
Tom

That's a pretty generous offer Nick. Good stuff!
No doubt that many people on here have found Tom's website extremely useful and it would have been a real shame if it was lost.

Hi Ian,
The Quickstart boxes were being made by Hayden Bennett in Gippsland Vic. he also manufactures dog floats. Unfortunately I do not have a contact number for him at this time but I will endeavour to get it for you.

I'm one who has benefited from the info on Tom's website and have referred others to it as well. Particularly the information on spacing runs in the Stress topic. Glad to hear it is continuing. Cheers, Tom
