Hi Mark

I think that a double dose of Premier Fantasy up close like that may make your pups very highly strung but if your bitch was a relaxed type it may not be a factor

I like Smart Missile as a sire, he has a lot to offer if used judiciously but if it were me I wouldn't do that mating. Outside of the double dose of PF, it would be a sound mating IMHO

Don't mind Matt's suggestion if you are looking for an Australian sire

Another Australian sire that I believe is over there that you could look at is Over Limit

He was a super fast dog on his night

Cheers Sandro, the 3x3 PF close up may not be the best choice for her. She's a very relaxed bitch, almost too much I think!, so I need something to inject a bit of fire into the pups!!

I would look at a headbound sire if its fire you want then you will get it, I would not however double it up as they are very hard to handle afterwards, also too much head honcho close up can result in a fair share of hyper dogs.

Sandro

Out of curiosity do u know what the characteristics of your litter are like and as pups growing up ? Including your broods characteristics aswell mixed into the outcome aswell

Good bad or unfortunate please

After a lot of study and consideration to a few sires ,I have found myself stuck on Smart Missile

CLICK HERE

In trying to come up with the ultimate or best throwing chance to what would be a first litter bitch
The most obvious and already stated reason being a Brett Lee Bitch

Here’s a few other reasons aswell

Appreciate any further knowledge or thoughts and ideas on this please

Aston bolero ,dyna villa and pindari express are my other candidates to date

Cheers in advance

My bitch has a feisty personality and many of the pups including my two inherited a lot of her personality I feel

Therefore, it wouldn't be fair to try and answer your question about Smart Missile's pups temperament based on my litter

But the one thing I can say is that the two dog pups that I kept chase very well and were broken in rather early (for me) at 13 months of age.

They were mentally forward as pups.

One dog pup from the litter broke in very well at Mannings in Victoria and hopefully will be racing soon.

I am told he is a fairly calm kennel dog who is sensible and keeps his energy for the track where he switches right on.

From what I was informed that is the type of dog Smart Missile was, so I am assuming his genes went to that dog pup.

That's all I can really tell you

This was a recent whelping. A similar type of cross without the Brett Lee influence.

Smart Missile is very laid back and business like. He is a very cool relaxed dog. His not a jumper or fretter, he rarely if ever barks and nothing phases him at home. He is very often found on the couch as every opportunity he gets he makes for the house.

On the lead on the countryside he switches on. He is very alert to noises and movement but very stoic at the same time. I have kept Greys for over 32 years and I can say hand on my heart I have never seen anything like this dog. He is a truly an amazing animal.

From the four litters registered in Australia five pups are rated 95 and over in the greyhound data timeform ratings. A very strong start from such limited numbers,
