FAIR DINKUM.......Who bets of these overseas race meetings????

Finland, Berlin are on tonight and there on the PRIME CHANNEL 519.

The race callers are F@RKING putting me to sleep.

SKY CHANNEL..........PLEASE P1$$ THESE RACES MEETINGS OFF or please commit 520 to JUST GREYHOUNDS.

I'm just about over this service and BULL$H!T we pay for.

The internet (plus internet betting companies) are now supplying what we all desire LIVE or withing minutes.

With NETFLIX now smashing FOXTELS market...it's time Foxtel start listing to their customers before the WEB sucks them down the hole.

I'd really like to see the horses/pacers/dogs parading behind the stalls/starting gates/boxes, not close ups of them being loaded into stalls or split screen where you can hardly see them with a TAB add on half the screen - ridiculous.

I cant get over how we pay for foxtel and get commercials......thought the idea of pay tv was if we pay we dont have to watch adds !

Mick I deadset turned FOX off when these race meetings 'that mean NOTHING' came on. One race meeting actually had 2 race callers in different languages. Very annoying.

Ryan....For FOX to start adding advertisements as you're mentioned, shows me they're obviously struggling to cope with the current climate......and it's going to get worse if they don't start listening to their customers.

And with the NBN now listed within my area, it won't be long before SATELITE SERVICES will be on the nose with most, as the NEW takes over the OLD.

Don't you guys think the Tab's should share the blame ???
No "loyalty" to Australian content/ product at all.

I don't have any problem with Sky covering overseas trots or gallops as long as local content is shown live. I don't need to see greyhounds walking to the boxes or around a parade ring with loud music playing. I have access to music channels & don't need to hear it on sky 2.

If you want to be annoyed try watching the tennis on ch 7. They return from advertisers & viewers have missed 2-3 points of the next game.

A dedicated dog channel would be ideal. Nothing like seeing the dogs behind the boxes and they cut to the horses for the late mail which races in 3 or 4 minutes. A dog channel may even have time to go through the form and have a news service, breeding segments etc. Imagine what that could do to turnover. I am amazed the dogs turnover is on an upswing without any help from Sky/Tabs.

Couldn't agree more Mark. No support or encouragement from them at all. The silence has been deafening.

Terrible coverage of Meadows meet tonight......no times/splits for most of the races at the Meadows city meet.

Only takes 5 sec's to cast the camera on the Meadows semiphor board. I cant understand their logic sometimes, surely they know by now 95% of dog racing is times

If there was a dedicated dog's channel I'd like to see a presenter walking around to the boxes with the dog giving form and the breeding and info about each dog. A bit like how a presenter does the horses in the saddling yard on Channel 7 race coverage

Even Sky Channel is on the same agenda as the Government and other supposed beneficiaries to Greyhound racing

Give as little air time and publicity and let them run off the smell of an oily rag....hopefully the public will stop betting on them and they will die and be gone forever

There is stuff all promotion or encouragement of the Sport at all

Exactly Sandro - when have you ever heard a dogs owners name mentioned after a win? I never have but they rattle off the trainer and every connection to a horse when it wins.

Technical difficulties. An hour or so ago the technicians were still trying feverishly to rectify the issue/s.
