Sad to report the death of another great Belfast doggie man Sammy Hood. Sammy was someone who could turn his hand to anything and well able to pull off the odd stroke. Condolences to Gerard and all the Hood clan. May the sod rest lightly on his grave.

Very sorry to hear the sad news about Sam Hood. I knew Sam for many, many years in the Celtic and Dunmore years mostly and he was a real gent and a great man at making dog boxes for dealers like myself in the days before we had dog transporters and dogs were flown to the UK. May he rest in peace.
