I'll give you my answer Johnathon Yes i Love Horses I come from a horse background & at one stage i was employed by government to shoot horses. Then when i saw the little colts & filly's & The rouge Stallion & Mares i was suppose to slaughter i Refused!!!.Now i believe to this day if the horse industry came out & Backed the Greyhound industry we would not be in the the position we are in today.I truly believe this.Dont forget the TBA Meeting In April way before the BAN

Not asking for Horse/Racing closure Keith. But to be put under the same microscope, and animal welfare issues we endured. Baird has stated many times, Horse/Racing is not to be scrutinised. This is added pressure on this corrupt Govt. Keith I believe V'landys is largely responsible for this ban. They stand to profit $4o plus
million per/year of dog monies!
I love the Thoroughbreds, and have had involvement in 3 syndicates
Trainers being Archie Turner, and Keith Dryden in Canberra. However I respect your decision. Do what you feel is right. Regards Terry

Seriously, do you really believe that they will shut down horse racing?

No way in the world, it has a snowballs chance in hell...that is why I have signed the petition, just to emphasise the point about the ludicrous decision to close greyhound racing.
A similar negative result with an enquiry only strengthens our position as there is no chance of the government banning horse racing and it makes Baird and his cronies look the complete idiots that they are and accordingly, it augers well for the reversing of the greyhound ban.

Who kept the whole show going when the horse flu was on ?
What thanks did we get ?
The NSW intercode is supposed to have all codes work together to improve racing in NSW .
Where have either horse codes supported the greyhounds?
How much has the greyhound code propped up the two horse codes?

All codes should be made to implement the same rules of welfare not just greyhounds.
