The heat is well and truly on the coalition members and cracks are starting to appear within the party.
It is clear that many other animal sports and industries members are feeling restless and worried...and so they should be.
There are also many members of the public who do not agree with the dictatorship qualities being shown by the baird Government.

If you can imagine the numbers that are involved with the above groups, marching in Sydney...how much more pressure does that put on the fragile environment of the coalition?

How much publicity and world media coverage would this generate?

How much strain does it place on the NSW Govt?

Every group in the fight for this industry HAS TO come together and rally all people in the Greyhound industry, animal sports industries, animal industries including animal product industries.

Take a minute to think how big that is.

All you groups out there...forget your petty stupid disagreements, your egos, and your irrelevant agendas.

The cause that everyone should be fighting for is OUR industry, OUR sport, OUR lifestyle, and OUR democratic right. Those people in other sports and animal industries are on OUR side.
For our sake, and theirs, how about we embody them and organize a showing that will grab the attention of the whole country?

baird and the NSW Government have signed the execution notice of the NSW Greyhound industry. There is a lot of discomfort within.
They need to be made to jump ship and it needs a MASSIVE PUSH to do that.

There are hundreds of thousands of people now thinking that this ban is not good for Australia.
Many people don't like the thought of the activists gaining strength.

NOW IS THE TIME TO RAM IT HOME!...like never before.

This can be done if all the people from behind the scenes grow some balls, stop arguing, pull together, market like never before and PUSH.

2- Engaging New People Communicating the Message
There are many folk who care deeply for animals that may have no interest in politics. There are also many folk who dont yet understand the many ways animals are good for all of us. We need to find ways of engaging with these people, to enrol their support for the campaigns we lead and the elections in which we contest.

3- Emerging Issues
Animal cruelty is all pervasive and has become a cheap option for the greedy and unprincipled. We also know that Australian parliaments and local councils are responsible for most of the decisions that underlay animal cruelty. Some issues we need to give more political attention to include global trade arrangements, plant-based agriculture, valuing nature and the environment, human health, education, society, the economy and community action.

Cost including refreshments & lunch is $75 or $50 for students and unwaged. Our registration desk will be open on the day from 8.15 am.

Don't feel lonely as I proposed a NATIONAL demo months and months ago and got similar or no response.
I bandied this Sydney march with others BEFORE the lower house decision but baird's trickery left it too late to start.

The people that voted it in can also vote it OUT (less baird and grant)...they just need a good reason to do it...:)
