The Richmond Puppy Auction is back on this weekend, after last years event (the 3rd) was cancelled due to the lies from Baird & Grant, Liberal National party.
There looks to be 101 lots for sale which can be found here ---> EXTERNAL LINK
The prizemoney has been restructured and starts at a base of $50,000, which is still a massive incentive with just 101 lots under the hammer.
I gather the Auction will not be viewed on Sky channel 527 like the first 2, as I'm yet to hear anything.
Good luck to all breeders, buyers & well done to the Richmond Greyhound Club.
Plenty of well bred youngsters. My picks - Dyna Double One x Clockwise Kinloch Brae x Seeya Sticka Barcia Bale x Simply An Angel

According to the advertised Terms & Conditions of sale: Yes.
Vendors may also nominate a "public Reserve bid"; and if they choose to do so, the conditions say they must pay Commission on the RESERVE PRICE (note, NOT based on the final bid price)
NOTE: After reading the advertised conditions of Sale through in full, I think that someone at the Richmond Club may be well-advised to carefully review the Conditions as they are showing online (maybe someone could let the Club know?).
For starters, on one hand, it initially says Vendors can "... place a public Reserve Bid on their nominated lot ..." ; but as I read the full Conditions further down, they then go on to say that "This sale shall be conducted on an unreserved basis ..." ; surely those two Conditions are in contradiction with each other?

Anthony, the natural conclusion is that if these pups don't reach the reserve ,they will be buy backs.
