I was just in the GRNSW office in Rhodes & never had such Rude & Hostile service from the staff there (Receptionist,person in charge of Sire Registrations/Breeding etc); A huge waste of taxpayer funds, thought the staff are supposed to be Professional & Not Amatuers , GRNSW is badly in need of a clean out,GRNSW is badly in need of Greyhound people in office not Gov appointed greeny dopes

Branko Sorry mate they are not Tax Payer Funded, we are funding ? Out of the distribution , they take their fund s before we as the industry,get whats to come to us, the industry /participants, Yes they are answerable but ?who do you get an answer from, I have stressed many times , we need a voice /you used to be called the complaints dept.many moons ago, but whatever our PTB want to call the person/persons ,, too many things to be answered for and no one to talk to about it , or might give a soft ear, but go to the top., that why there are all these new leaders in there . atleast try mate and keep us informed as we are all in the same boat. Hi I had a similar experience over the phone. I needed to jknow what I needed to do to change a partnership % for 2 dogs. The person the other end sighed loudly and then proceeded to speak to me in a condicending tone. Shame really.

I go there a lot and the girls there could not do enough for me they are great.i have been there when other people are there and they give them the same service I get.they seem to get the blame for things there got nothing to do with in my opinion there fantastic cant do enough for you and friends of mine say the same thing.

Ive found them basically useless and rude on the phone.Told me too feed my new born pups till its time to hand them in during the ban than tried to fine me for late registering the same litter.Real proffesional bunch down there.jmo

I have never had anything other than terrific assistance from Kerrie and her team. I have had to work through some messy administration (failings of others). On each occasion the problems were resolved professionally and with a lot of common sense adopted. I trust the move to Bathurst won't impact on the employment of the welfare team. There is simply to much pre ban knowledge that could otherwise be lost

i CAN'T SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF THE GIRLS A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT STORY WHEN IT COMES TO THE MEN.
I think it's time we started LETTING the new C.E.O. know that it's his job to make sure that at least staff are made responsible for their positions and he should make sure that they do.
