Very sad to hear the news of Nialls passing.

A Gentleman who always had time for everyone.

As good as any when he had the "Right Dog",

Including the great NORTH BOUND which landed the Big one,
and

Other stakes including the FLaherty Markets/Galway and many many more up & down the country.

One of our greatest friends in greyhound racing who has trained dogs for us for the last 12 years. Niall was a very quiet, unassuming guy who would stand on his head for you . We are totally devastated and still in complete shock over Niall's
passing. He won a couple of finals for us a few years back with Toberadora Holly and recently Won a few finals for our good friend Ray Patterson .Niall put his whole life into his dogs and did an exceptional job with North Bound a few years back on Winning the Easter Cup and Derby Plate .Niall previously worked as an electrician but greyhounds were always his "First Love" and such was his nature if you had a problem with a light fitting or any other electrical device he would always put himself out and be with you as soon as he could .I have seen over the last few days first hand how popular and respected Niall was with the attendance at his funeral. We like many people are going to miss you Niall as you were one of the straightest and honest guys that we ever had the "Pleasure" of meeting. RIP My Good Friend
