I have never run from anything in my life Brian and i dont intend to run from the likes of you or anyone else. You looked for some answers which i gave you and a typical response from you is to say nothing, you still haven't answered my one question and you probably wont. There is 2 sides to every story and Padjoes went up on Data for a short time the other evening unfortunately he left a lot of information out, Im sure the federation will respond when they have all their facts gathered so until then put your energy into something constructive and try save the greyhound industry.
A vote of NO CONFIDENCE in Tom Smith was called at a Tipp GOBA meeting and before it happened Tom Smith resigned. Up to 30 people at the meeting will verify this for you. Tom Smith has not attended a Tipperary GOBA meeting for over a year. He is therefore absolutely, definitely not representing Tipperary GOBA.
Clare, this is only to make sure that we are all on the same wave length, everything that took place at your well arranged/attended meeting will be backed up by the recording of the minutes, the minutes dont lie, can you please post a copy of these minutes for everyone to see.
Dave instead of running why don't you answer the questions and clarify for everyone exactly what's going on...also who are the Kerry goba...

Reading through your post you set a company up so you could say what you want and you could only be sued for 1 is that correct who would want to be part of an organisation thats puts themselves in a position where they maybe​ sued I'm sorry but it's absolutely ridiculous.
We are the Kerry GOBA with nearly one hundred members. Not one of our members is affiliated to your Mickey Mouse set up you are deluded if you think otherwise, so dream on with your nonsense, you are being exposed for what you are.

Its obvious you know nothing about Company law and are not involved with any organisations or you would realize that some times you have to protect your self when you are dealing with certain walks of life, if you were involved with an organisation and you received a solicitors letter you would be the first one to start crying. get real man.

Dave I was at the TIPPERARY MEETING (that was called by TOM SMITH .....2018 .....the whole room was on the same side except Tom Smith and one other and they would not except the will of 30 odd people. Im not sure of the final count but the records will show that it was 2 against between 20 to 30 other members......Now I know your Company just does as it pleases but the Real Tipp GOBA follows the majority show of hands. These two people had the floor for some time and failed to convince the members to follow their path......Both left before the end, having said to the members they resign from the committe.
Now I also atteneded the TIPP AGM 2019..........This meeting was not even atteneded by Tom SMith......so how could he even get voted in?
Now I know in your little world you think its OK to make Sham GOBAs......But Tipperary GOBA has been going for some years now and it consists of more than TOM SMITH.......
just to make this perfectly clear. There is no members of the Tipperary GOBA affiliated to any Private GLC. We are undergoing a real crisis in our Irish Industry.
The public have been, in my opinion, misled by untruths, omissions, old footage, overseas footage and are calling for our funding to be stopped. We are no longer just battling the animal rights extremists.
It may not matter which Federation is recognised by the Seanad unless we stop this tide of negative publicity. Please put this aside and focus on getting positive messages out to the public. Anything negative coming from a Federation is not representing any stakeholder.
Can we please focus on how we can challenge the data in the Preferred Results Report and get that message out to the public.
Whilst we are sickened by the cruelty we saw, we can challenge almost all the issues viewed in the RTE footage yet no one is doing that in the public domain.
Where are the Press Releases explaining the data for 2018? We know where almost all the dogs are, even without a traceability system.

Splinter groups... splinter groups are people who leave one group to join another which group was first formed the IGOBF or the CLG Federation...if the CLG Federation was formed after the IGOBF then the CLG Federation is the splinter group... would that be accurate... This is the whole Point Lynda......YOU know how hard the Tipperary GOBA( Not the TOM SMITH CLUB) is working with TIPERARY CLUBS at the moment.....you know Tipp GOBA and the Non Company Federation is working behind the scenes to combat the Anti THreat!
Other than collaborating with the RTE programme.....and throwing negativity for the last number of years, what has the GLC done????. The people of Tipperary have not even seen or heard of Tom Smith since the RTE programe.
This matter needs to be brought to a head and the Owners & Breeders Put in place the people THEY want to represent them.....
A clean Fair Joint Extra Ordinary General Meeting ith an impartial mediator in the Chair.
LET THE PEOPLE DECIDE...........I call on this to happen ASAP so that the industry can have the voice it chooses.

It's all part and parcel with the problem Lynda we have a group of self appointed goons who have the support and backing of absolutely nobody who had a part in that RTE program and here they are in the middle of the mess claiming heir to the throne...if these people are left speak on behalf of us it's curtins for the industry
