Red hot clocks there today.

The bends have been banked up is it running on a par with Newbridge or closing in on it.

Or is the quality of dog higher . Something has changed for sure.

If, as seems the case, the Track Rating averages minus 50 rather than the basic minus 80 then net times will be no different.

Frank -9th February I think but then racing was suspended for three months. 50 Slow typical since reopening.

Middle of last year fair number of 80 Slow calls but 70 Slow more typical.On the stats I have long thought Mullingar's basic Grading Allowance should have been 70 rather than the official 80 Slow.

My main point is that if the track is now running faster then either the Grading Allowance or the Slow going call can be reduced to a standard 50 Slow and so no handicap when racing elsewhere.

The opening post on this Thread said that the bends have been rebanked do you know whether that is a fact?
