Hi John,
I've wrote another cheque out but have left off to whom it is payable to.If the blue cross covers this for you make the cheque payable to yourself and do what you think best with it.You will probably have further costs of one kind or another.

Angus has had his second op and is still fast asleep and doing well..The vet has said that he will require a further small opperation next week but he is looking better now that his ear has been re- cleaned and re- stitched at the back, they have also inserted a drain to help keep it infection free.He is an old trooper and will be getting spoiled with treats when he gets home tonight.. once again thanx for your support...

Kathy
Your cheque arrived today thankyou. You have been a great help.He seems much happier today.I will be taking him to the vets tomorrow for a checkup. They re-stitched his side(biggest wound) and that looks very gd now, exept 1 stitch that he managed to pull out. I have put a t/shirt on him at all times now or he will have them all out (wee bugger)

Hi John,
glad you got cheque ok.
So pleased to hear Angus is looking better,he will gradually feel a little better each day and when those stitches come out he will feel relief from them pulling.
Bet he looks a treat in his t/shirt.
Please keep us updated.

Hi Kathy, He is doing fine, not much leaking now from his wounds. His ear is doing fine too,the swelling has gone right down now.I am taking him to the vets in the morning , they are planning to have him in on tuesday to re stitch the ear.He is coping well with it all.The anti biotics are strong and help. The Botanica cream that the lady from Ireland sent is soothing around the stiches. He has definately turned the corner now...

Update on Angus...The vet is very pleased with his progress. They decided to leave his ear operation for another week or so, they thought it best given his age.He will have his drainage tubes taken out tomorrow.

Thanks for the update John.
Pleased to hear that drain is coming out tomorrow, what a relief for him.
At his age he's doing great and best to let him have a little break between operations.
Bet he's looking a lot better and happier now.

he seems fine exept his ear is still sore, and he keeps shaking his head and making it worse for himself. But it wont be long till they fix it for him.\i got lots of pain killers and more anti biotics yesterday for him , so he should be a bit more comfortable till they stitch his ear .. So far the bill is manageable and thanx to the 3 kind donations from here things should be ok now.

Hi John,I expect his ear is irritating him, they normally shake their heads if the ears are playing up.
If you get any problems with that bill please let us no,send an e.mail if you prefer.
Kathy.{Don't struggle with it}

Hi Kathy,Janice ,.Angus now has his lamp shade on haha..As he was scratching his ear and making the healing process slower. He has to go to the vets at 9 a.m for his last small op on his ear. But Im not sure he really needs any more. His ear is healing up nicely, so I will be reviewing things with the vet in the morning . Its just the cartilage that looks messy now. Here are some pics I took today...as u can see his wounds are doing great. The 1st pic was before..the others are now
