Hi Klarissa,

Have experienced similar situation before with a retired Greyhound and unfortunately it turned out to be a brain tumour. The crying and snapping comes into play when dog becomes disorientated as situations change. Vets can test for this condition and suggest that this be done sooner than later as condition can progress rapidly.

happy to say that farloe is back to normal. no more crying or snapping. i was getting really worried about him but his absolutely fine now. we think he had some sort of earache and we got eardrops for him which fixed him up
thanks for all your concern

Glad to hear it! (Pardon the pun.) Was Farloe's ear problem diagnosed by a vet?
