Dear friends,
we are very happy to announce that on Saturday the 1st of May 14 greyhounds landed on their forever sofas in Italy and Slovenia (SSW http://www.hrtjisvet.org/)
We'd like to thank everyone involved in this. End especially: - our adopters, we couldn't do our job without them - our home checkers and volunteers - our vet Dr. Ileana Mainini - everyone at the Agriturismo Il Sentiero in Cesate (Milan) - Hannah and her team (Cottage Rescue), Sheena and her team (CAW), Mark and Francesca (The Greyhound Hut) and the all the trainers (Mick and Leonie, Keeley, Steve, Tina, Kim and Chris) for sending their greyhounds - the IGB for their financial and general support - Kathleen for all her help and support. A SPECIAL THANK YOU to Dominic and Tony, the dogs arrived in amazing condition, as always! We are particularly happy that among this lot we had an 8yrs old bitch (in stunning shape, well done to her trainers!) and we hope that this may encourage people to adopt "mature dogs", Lizzie couldn't have been a better ambassador for this cause.
