Dear friends,
we are very happy to announce that on Saturday the 1st of May 14 greyhounds landed on their forever sofas in Italy and Slovenia (SSW http://www.hrtjisvet.org/)
We'd like to thank everyone involved in this.

End especially:

- our adopters, we couldn't do our job without them

- our home checkers and volunteers

- our vet Dr. Ileana Mainini

- everyone at the Agriturismo Il Sentiero in Cesate (Milan)

- Hannah and her team (Cottage Rescue), Sheena and her team (CAW), Mark and Francesca (The Greyhound Hut) and the all the trainers (Mick and Leonie, Keeley, Steve, Tina, Kim and Chris) for sending their greyhounds

- the IGB for their financial and general support

- Kathleen for all her help and support.

A SPECIAL THANK YOU to Dominic and Tony, the dogs arrived in amazing condition, as always!

We are particularly happy that among this lot we had an 8yrs old bitch (in stunning shape, well done to her trainers!) and we hope that this may encourage people to adopt "mature dogs", Lizzie couldn't have been a better ambassador for this cause.

As always all this was possible only thanks to great team work and cooperation!

T H A N K Y O U ! ! ! !

Your eGn Team

PS: pictures of the arrival will be available soon.

Well done to all of you once again. You are doing a wonderful job.
Interested to hear of the older girl but, whatever the age, no one could look after them better than Dominic and Tony.

Good work. I was out having a coffee yesterday afternoon at Campbelltown near Sydney, Australia and saw a lady sitting with her retired racer having a coffee outside the shop. Great to see our ex-racers/pets are slowing starting to enjoy the retirement they deserve.

Working in Sydney this morning and was surprised to see an old brindle bitch (muzzle on) off lead trotting along beside her owners bike. I get a good deal of enjoyment out of racing the dogs but I'm ecstatic to see more and more greys living the good life.

Great to see these beautiful greyhounds having their forever homes at
last. Like the idea of the names on the collars of the dogs, so no mixup occurs. WELL DONE TO ALL INVOLVED.
The dedication of the WHOLE TEAM is wonderful to see.
Thank you Francesca.
