Does anybody know where I can get one of these for the back of my car?
Iv said "Hammock" as IMO this is what they look like! They have 2 hoops that hook over the driver and passenger headrests then 2 to hang over the back seat headrests. Basically stops the dog falling down the footwell
The blankets are doing my head in as im sick of trying to get fluff of my seats. Does anybody have any ideas?
(and no jokes about "woman drivers" either :) lol!!

Get an estate car, much better for the dogs you dont have to worry about them falling off the seat if you have to break a bit hard and and so much easier all round.

That looks good Bev & only 14! What car do you have Kelly? Could you not put him in the boot? You could also try something like this EXTERNAL LINK or EXTERNAL LINK but its a bit of a pain as you have to pump it up each time/deflate it etc which is a nuisance.
I have a Fiesta, I could actually put one in the boot with the shelf taken out its plenty big enough but generally I do put the back seats down which is a real pain too, so annoying & then I seem to leave it & never put them back up - which is a nuisance when you are about to go out & theres more than 2 passengers & I think ooops!!!! (the dogs would scratch the leather seats to pieces if I let them on the back & blankets, vet bed etc just slides off).
Although saying that Liberty is partial to jumping in as soon as the door opens, be it onto the passenger seat, drivers seat anywhere so my seats in the front are scuffed anyway , dont know why I care about the back ones, lol!
If you do get the hammock let us know how you get on as I have been pondering over getting one for a while

Thanks everyone for your help! Im going with Bevs find at only 14. To me its a bargin!
Iv got a 5 door Fiesta Ghia. I do drop the seats when there is more than 2 but as its mainly just Batman with me. My boot is like a mobile librairy when we go to school so dropping the seats isnt always possible! He loves the car and is a great traveller. Iv always used his doggy blankets to cover the seats but trying to get the fluff off after is a nightmare!! Also when he drops his pigs ears down the footwell mid journey, the "huffs" I hear in disgust are like having Kevin and Perry in the back seat!!
Il let you know what its like Livi when it arrives and if they are anygood.

Thanks Kelly. Lol Batman sounds so funny :)
Snap same car - I got a diesel one this time round & its great, so good on fuel too.although I have done nearly 10k miles since September so it needs to be!
I always used vet bed but the fluff comes off (its generally ok after its been used & washed loads but I think they start to look tatty after too many washes & end up buying a new one so the fluff saga starts all over again!).now I use a double Duvet, which is cooler in the summer too.
Hope you have found a solution with the dog hammock!
