Why? It's not that hard looking after a retired grey???
No, Richard, it is not to hard, realy.
But if you rehome a dog outside of Ireland on the continent, in case anything goes wrong for any reason, one can`t bring the dog back without at least 6 Month old bloodtest according rabbies"assurence". That is GB and Ireland and some other nothern States wanting these longterm tests. So is makes sense to work im common with an organisation in the land, where the dog is rehomed, to assure things can`t go wrong. If the dog then would have to be rerehomed, then it goes to that organisation and they do the further process. So that is for good reason, not to say anyone could not cope with the dog. Some need a second new home as familys part, work ist going overseas and things like that.
I know for long you are the first to mistrust, so maybe i can tell you something, you`d like :-) And be assured, i like you mistrust, as long as i have the idea, it is to the dogs best.

Gina, I may not be up to speed on this, but may I ask avery simple question, are you pro or anti greyhound racing?
Gina, glad to see you are back, am I going to get an answer?
Lar I am pro racing but bring my dogs home when they have retired and IMO it really doesn't matter whether Gina is pro or anti greyhound racing if she is rehoming greyhounds as long as she is doing it all above board .
