I am a volunteer at Greenfields Greyhound Rescue and Santuary, and require some help please. The founder of the charity Caroline Clark is not able to log-in to amend her charity details on here. She has tried numerous times to contact moderators but to no avail!! We are over-run with these wonderful dogs at the moment and are unable to 'advertise/show' them on the 'adoption' section of this website, which in the past has proved an invaluable 'tool' for the charity. Could someone please please contact Caroline at [email protected] to enable her to continue to use this facility. Kind Regards Ruth Galvin

Hi Ruth
The only correspondence we have received from Caroline was an e-mail to tell us she could not remember her login details so had created another account, she then verified her new account but we have received no correspondence from her since.
Will you please ask Caroline to send an e-mail to [email protected] and I'll see if I can assist.

Hi Katarina
Your adoption page needs a total new login and unfortunately the Team can't do that for you, I'll send an e-mail off to Gunnar and see if he can help.
Regards Sue

We do seem to have a lot of problems with the Adoption pages as the person who sets the page up sets it up under their personal login.
Do you think it may be a better idea if an Adoption Group has a separate account under the Group's name with the password kept at the Group's office. That way if the person who set the account up leaves the group the login to the Adoption page will always be available and the pages can easily be updated.
Just a thought to try and help.

Yes I think that is a good idea Sue. When I had to re create my login I tried to do in under the name of Greenfields but your people could not verify me because Greenfields was different to the name on the required documents for verification so I had to log in under my own name.
Many thanks
Caroline

Hi Sue,
I know that this matter has been passed to Gunner but do you know if there has been any development yet? We really would like to update our records.
