This email was sent to the Greyhound Adoption Program today about the (now very elderly) greyhound Peggy. We thought if her previous owners are on Greyhound-Data they may like to hear how she is.

Hi There

I simply must send you a email to thank you for our beautiful Peggy... After reading about about Spot who went to a family in Geelong. I said to my husband I must contact the Greyhound Adoption Program. We first saw your program at the Nunawading Markets and I said to my husband that we simply must adopt one of these beautiful dogs. We filled in your forms and then less then a week we went to the Diamond Valley Pet Expo and I was over whelmed to see our Peggy was a blue greyhound even though she was a 6.5 year old she was a little older then we had expected she was great with our 2 year old son. So 8 years have passed and our Peggy is still with us she has an additional name Peggy Sue and my son used to call her Peggy Soup in his younger years now that he is 10 years old he still loves her and she is still well loved in our house. So I just want to say thank you for the opportunity to bring a greyhound into our family. People who meet her love her.

Kind Regards

The Foley Family
