GAP received this email yesterday and thought the connections of Delilah, if here, may like to see how she is going.

Hi staff at GAP,

Just sending an email to let you know how Delilah is going and settling in. Delilah is a loving dog and as her foster carer wrote in her notes "She just wants to be loved." We are giving her lots of it and plenty of tummy rubs as suggested. She is truly loving it. She is attending obedience classes and is looking forward to her walks on the lead. She is cheeky and loves to play. She has her favourite toy and is trying to make friends with our terrier dog who is an old grump at times and lets her know that he is boss. Delilah doesn't seem to mind and accepts him and is very patient even when eating, she stands and waits. Delilah is a part of our family and learning to trust us every day just that little bit more and gives us enormous pleasure. She is slowly getting used to other dogs, it will take time as she is adjusting to many new situations. She is an adorable dog and such a delight to wake up each day and see her happy face and her little wriggle around the room.

Thankyou GAP for our lovely girl!

Regards Alida G and family.
