No need to apologise m8, I actually had a chuckle at your response. cheers.

Shame about the Mackinnon tho, such a gr8 race and some top Melb Cup winners have come outa the race - tippin it had something to do with the Lexus people wanting prime billing. It's all about money these days.

Slings hey?

OK Mock, your $2 quinella on the Bear and the Binge would have netted you a cool $6. Happy to pay that out.
Tezz, bottle of no label vinegar is $1.99. I'll lash out and get you the Always Fresh brand which is $3.99 for 2 litres.
No worries lads.

Yes siree Ryan, a lot of Cup Winners came though the MacKinnon.
A lot of Cup Winners also had just a hit out in the MacKinnon, shame. Your probably right, but I think the Mac will take top billing next week. More important than that is Fascinators, Fashion, who who up who? Makes me sick!

Here's a gift for anyone with a spare $10.
Put it on the Blax in race 10 at Healesville.
Put the $10 back in the sky rocket and use the $5 profit for the following tips.
Gawler race 1 number 2. First starter, smart trainer, probably blow them away. $5 win should return $15.
Put that on Aston Dawn in the distance race. You should now be up over $60.
Plonk that on Penny Maker in race 7 and you've profited $200.
No need to thank me lads, it's just what I do.

FarQ challenge taken up with a lazy $10 (took fixed $1.55 thought The Blax would be $1.40 on goat pays $1.70 damn) $10 back into account now, $5.50 on 1st at Gaw. To be continued. - Mockers
Peter Slipper wins 1st at Gawler tote odds $3.90 collect $21.45
2 down and 2 to go. $21 to plonk on R 5 N 8 Aston Dawn, took the $5.50 fixed potential collect $115.50. Now getting nervous - Mockers
Now had things gone to plan $116 would of gone on Penny Maker @$3.70 fixed for double what FarQ nominated with a win of $429.20. Now we are dealing with Mockers Macwollie here yep Penny Maker duly won but the farking 3rd leg ran 5th. Still to rub it in the bustard will win the cup whilst I have the favs in a Quinella to boost his chances.

I don't know how but it defied logic me having a win, now I did go against your advice taking a tri, then perhaps the result would of been different but bit cold for a streak anyway and the kiddies holding up those paper dinner plates on broom sticks on the pre race parade would of gone home distressed. Weekend ends Balance $74.13 - The Mock

Those kids ruined everything.
My kid was tiny, looked like a juicy little piglet to the Peak. He was trying to have a bite on and I had to restrain him. By the the time we got to the box he was puffed.
Anyway all is not lost. We get $215 for unplaced.
Those 4 bets I gave out, guess how many I punted on? One. Guess which one? Aston farkin Dawn.......

So I fell victim to a "Quelled By Quinliviathan", fark. My observation pre the Gawler Cup was the handler was the one puffed when he gave The Peak a 20 meter run after reaching the boxes, it also unsettled the dog as he thought fark don't tell me I've got to lug this 100kg bustard around 530 meters so he missed the kick. - Macwollie

I was gonna start a new thread called On the punt with Farqers MacFolly but instead I'll just hijack this one.
$100 into the crownbet account.

1st bet for Farqers, Cranny dogs, race 5 number 6, Brodie Keeping. $10 on tote.

Gee she's been a touch farking quiet down in the talk section this week so let's see what our old mate Mockers is up to. Fresh from stopping the Hawthorn fourplay he's back into having a go again at things other than his usual MSQ this weekend . Since the last post
the account got a $50 injection which has been whittled down to $34.95 so we thought we give FarQ a boost and took the W Bulldogs @2.75 in the HtoH bet on Sat evening for a Macarthur and was going to back Dr Huss's Amy Lyndan the place in Brissy but she was too short, good thing we didn't as she ran 4th. So the other Macarthur (old $2 note) has been plonked on Nangar Thunder (on the nose) @ $3.5 in the Cassie Cup Friday fixed, compliments of Kev Martin's tip declaring it across the line. Balance now $30.85 - Mockers
Late edit: $2 on the Orange in the Big One (Melbourne Cup FarQ not GF)

I pretty sure Charlie Borg's tucked up in bed in Ireland and may not subscribe to On the Punt with Mockers incorporating having a Fling with FarQ, but he came on Bern's Melb Cup News thread here saying Big Orange was across the line so I mockered him way back on the 22nd September. - The Mock strikes again. Melb Cup Day strip out 1st 4 , Tri & Quin Balance now down to $62.73 - Mockers

Charlie's a tricky bugger. Comes across as an Oirish fella but is very much a Pom. Joey bloody McGorrey on the other hand, he's as Oirish as Oirish can be.
Hey Mock, dust off the Egyptian pillow cases, restock the bar fridge and order in some of those Sydney Rock Oysters ol' mate, the Laurels are coming up and I might just zip on down for a butchers hook.
No doubt I can rely on you to pick me up from the airport? Just up the road id'nit?
Then again, I might have to head down to Elwick to watch the Bear rip into a group race. Was gonna ask Milgate if he had a spare pillow but I'm afraid he might offer half of his. And it may or may not have bite marks in it.....

More than welcome Dr, 4hrs from Elwick and not sure my Mrs would be keen on the extra body in bed lol cray season opens this weekend so if you didnt get the silverware you'd at the very least go home with a couple so pack your clothes in an esky. The hippy that looks like a bikie in Huonville might be a better option but I'd head down to jump on the bearwagon for sure.

OK, so I'm thinking you are not far away from 'The Nut'
Suddenly it all makes sense.
Anyway, tell your Missus that it would be more like an extra 1.5 bodies with the shape I'm in presently. But I got friends in North Hobart, just up the hill from the Fisho with the stripey trumpeter, (oooh, sudden movement in the erectile tissue....) and also friends in Molle Street which is basically in the city but fuckin impossible to pronounce correctly.
Then I've got friends from Bushy Park who bought a house on the water in Legana about 30 years ago. No one wanted it back then, I think they were company houses for a refinery or something, sold for sweet jack shyte, now worth shyte loads. We stayed there for our wedding in '09.
So if the boy gets into the final Simon, we'll have a table at Elwick and we'll get right on it bud. I'll bring the dog, you bring the crays.

What's a motza Huss 10,000 lira or a half eaten pizza? For those out there I fell victim to this new PM me thingy. So eyes open it hoping to hear a it's some breaking news on Wally an investment with BH3 Greys. No it's about a first starter from the Lyndan Camp. Feeling rather privileged I was given the tip and Huss didn't openly brag about the Martian on line here about him, I thought shit this could be at some sort of odds green or not. It started $4.30 & $1.50 2nd fav, so much for a smokey he must of sent out quite a few e-mails. I felt like paying the bustard back by backing Amy Lyndan tonight in Brisbane only to find she was a late scratching so in a sense Huss has copped his right wack. - Mockers (Huss I always have yours and FarQ's dogs on Dog watch)

The Good hearted Huss, got his just rewards last/night Mack!
The Martian has Landed! $11 fixed thank you, all lost monies recovered from Wed (albion) and small $500 profit and Prizemoney
Suggest you watch Lismore R3 Box4 Tue 1/Nov Mac, Brilliant
Quickest 1st Sec, faster than FFA. Listen and stick to Huss!
