You have a prop on the bench and a good forward 18th man...so you would think the prop on the bench starts seeing you lost a starting prop and the forward that was 18th man comes in on the bench...but NO...FFS...

They got out of gaol their Grant, the EELS had at least 75% the better of play and the Dragons managed to escape in the last 5 minutes!
They may lead the comp but looked more like chumps last night...and HUNT continued on his merry way (lol), even though his last kick helped get them home.

Terrific entertaining game last night. More dummies sold than "Mother-Care" would sell in a year! Just a pity the Saints went home 10 min early. Missed a BIG finish.

Yes, I couldnt believe the final score, I missed the last 15 minutes as my daughter and family arrived from Sydney (I am in Port Douglas) and when I checked the TV the game had just finished and I had to do a double take. The Dragons must have really capitulated.

Was quietly very surprised that they got points as frequent as the Storm and to be leading 30-28 with 15 to go...forwards win games and our 'seconds' just didn't go the distance...Smith came to the fore when it was needed...Thinking Mary may rest Origin boys against the Tigers at Kogarah on Sunday, on that effort from the reserves...
Very impressed with the Pennies...Talk of Cleary to the Broncos...that young half last night could do the job easily...

I started following Saints(St. George) about 1966 when I started playing...Aussie rules came much later...A mate followed Collingwood( that was hard to type, got a bit of sick in my mouth ) and one weekend they played Carlton so I went for them against him...circa 1970...Ended up playing Rules 72,73,74,76,78...enjoyed it...Blues ever since...
So I have no hesitation in bagging St. Kilda Saints...did have a soft spot for them when they were at their lowest...HATE...Magpies, Hawks,Kangaroos,Bombers,Current Lions,Eagles,Crows...
