Trying to deposit money into my account without success - logged the problem with IGB this am but still not resolved - want to do some bets at HC tonight but not looking too hopeful now !!!
Anyone else havering the same problem ?

Still can't get my deposit on, so it looks like I won't be having a bet so just for a bit of fun here are the bets I had hoped to do at Harold's Cross tonight.......they are all always forecasts..
id say u saved yourself a few bob unless the first trio was very good!!

If I had 5 forecasts always & 5 trios always - total cost 60 I would have had 2 forecasts and one trio up - total return return 70.90 - profit 10.90.
U'r right, the first trio would have made it (53.60).
Interesting exercise though - nearly had a much fun as I would have had if I actually had the money down !!!!

Sean - what browser do you use ??
Explore have a lot of problems with the IGB site.
Try using the OPRA browser - I couldn't book table with Explorer but had no problems when using OPRA.

Karin, the problem isn't with explorer, apparently the problem with the tote has been ongoing for the past month ( you can't lodge money online). I have been informed today that it is going to take another two weeks to resolve. This is unbelievable, how much revenue is being lost ?
Oh ! I was offered a solution....wait for it.........

Data Tote have come back to me and said to solve this problem on their end is going to take 2 weeks.
The only work around I can do is, if you are able to come to Shelbourne Park I can use our visa pay point machine to take money from your card and then add it manually to your account, I am not sure if this will suit but it is the only option available for the next 2 weeks.
Apologise for this problem on our part."
