Credit goes to DJ Histon from the ICC who calmly and professionally defended the case for hare coursing. He had to field pressure from 'Mrs Doyle' and what appeared to be a biased audience.

All credit due to him for agreeing to go into the hot seat, answering questions and informing the public about the truth around hare coursing.

The programme looked to be biased towards the anti's, highlighting one course out of over two hundred, also they gave the anti's much more airplay than to DJ who stood up well for the coursing.

Leave it to the country people who have been coursing for many years.

A pity D.J. Histon is not C.E.O. of the I.G.B..He could learn them a few lesson's about greyhound racing..This silly thing about the anti's keep's coming up. The Anti's are not just against greyhound racing..They are anti everything...'The Anti's are a sad combination of people who enjoy nothing'...

Previous post stated that the Antis enjoy nothing that is Incorrect. They enjoy collecting their dole every week. They can be seen at Shelbourne Park on certain Saturday nights. A favourite spot to find them is outside Brown Thomas, on the day they launch their selection of furs. A good proportion of them being foreign nationals. I have been told by a very reliable source that they get paid for taking part in these protests.
There won't be any Men or Women paid to be outside Shelbourne Park on Saturday afternoon. What we do is for the love of our sport.
Message for Dr. Brady if you plan on closing Shelbourne Park on Saturday next you should notify the Owners and Trainers and of course the press who can then notify the Public.
Don't do like last week and leave it till the last minute. No notification for patrons. Old age pensioners getting two buses from Northside to Ringsend only to find the Stadium closed. Please show some concern for the patrons of the Stadia.

There is a petition circulating asking people to:

Boycott pro-live hare coursing veterinary surgeon.

I hope the vet investigates possible legal action. It is possible for people to individually report the petition if they feel it is unacceptable in any way.
