About the KennelStud DogsBroodsBreeding Successes

Michael Peterson is one of the most promising young trainers on the circuit today and has ambitions to reach the very top. Having been involved with dogs all his life (his parents have been involved in greyhound racing for over 40 years) he already has a wealth of experience in the art of training. Michael joined the training ranks at Oxford in January 2006 having initially trained at Milton Keynes.

He became a trainer almost by mistake in 2001 after his father went into hospital to have a triple heart by-pass operation. Michael stepped in to run the kennels and has been there ever since. Ably supported by 4 full-time staff who's dedication, professionalism and hard work is greatly appreciated by Michael, the team are willing to travel anywhere in pursuit of glory.

With an average kennel strength of 50, Michael is looking to expand his team massively now he has moved to his new establishment at Kings Farm. Thousands of pounds was invested in a new kennel block, gallop, walking machine and all the latest physio and ultrasound equipment.

Michael always has dogs for sale, and can find the perfect dog to suit your requirements as he has many trusted contacts in Ireland whom his family have known for many years.

The kennels are set in 12 acres of fields, ideal for those who enjoy taking their greyhounds for walks on a Sunday morning.
