I like this US option - a sire who has punched well above his weight from limited opportunities.

That's an excellent alternative from an Elsie Moss in the x path perspective Wade.

NMM carries that Which Chariot/Elsie Moss combination one generation closer than KC&All and two generations further back than Kinloch Brae in the x path through their son Max Moss.

So if your brood carries Temlee in the x path within 8 generations there's a chance of that Which Chariot/Elsie Moss niche clicking as Temlee carries Max Moss' brother Mister Moss also in the x path.

7 of the 10 top offspring of Kinloch Brae litters on g/data carry linebreeding in the x path to to that Which Chariot/Elsie Moss combination on both sides.

Hey mate, Superior product was the superior race dog of the brothers. However speaking to a few over in America, Panama has the much better temperament of the brothers, and if Im not mistaken a little more size.

What panama has managed to achieve over in America breeding wise in such a short time is quite amazing. He went from serving 100 or so bitches to the next year being the most used sire in America. And I am told its the qualities he throws in a litter which is why they keep going to him. Superior product I believe was a bit over the top and a little bit hyped in his temperament, which obviously in turn, panamas traits would be much more desirable in a sire.

Still amazes me that some people think ancestors that are from 60 years ago / 12 generations back / make up 1/25th of the pups heritage can have a strong influence in a pedigree.

Hello Mr Dixie
Yes first three generations carry the most influence. However when you look at for example USA Gable Dodge sireline it goes all the way back to Tell You Why ( Aussie)
Is that a connection ? Other USA sires have Aust colonial bloodline way back in their pedigrees. Flying Penske Dutch Bahama Jiminy Reno etc
We are experiencing a blood line merry go round Irish x Aust Colonial x USA tangled
Waverley Supreme a dead sireline and many Temlee sire strains are dwindling, end of the Hi There Pigalle Wonder potency?
Why does Fernando Bale throw stayers ? Is it 2x9 Ritas Choice / Spectre super stayers? I think it pays to consider whats behind the pedigree and whats the origins
So Rick USA sireline all good

Rick

Out of your straws I would definitely be using Zambora Brockie

He is a superior sire and well proven to the lines contained in your brood

Thanks again to everyone who made suggestions.......it is much appreciated.

Nerve Settler was surgically implanted with a BERNARDO straw last week.

I chose Bernardo as I feel he is the best son of KC & All.......and has produced very good dogs from limited matings.....including a Group 1 winner.
