Beast Unleashed won the Group 2 Launching Pad and Group 2 Gosford Gold Cup during his 15 start career, winning on 10 occasions.

His sectional times winning at Sandown were comparable to the great Fernando Bale while he also boasts the Gosford track record at 28.90, the only greyhound to lower the 29 second mark at the circuit.

Hi Steve, I agree, it is exactly what Peter and I have discussed as an ideal match up. Barcia Bales champion son Aston Dee Bee (G1 Melb Cup) is from a daughter of Bombastic Shiraz-Elite Oriental with Knocka Norris (damsire of The Beast) being a litter brother to Elite Oriental, I think you are on the money there.

I think Collision bitches or bitches with a double of Awesome Assasin will go nice as well.
With so many Fernando matings having a double of Awesome Assasin and Black Shiraz, he could be the perfect dam sire for the Beast.

Congratulations to owner/breeder Scott Leffley that this week welcomed 10 Baby Beasts by his former Group placed girl Shez Got Soul.

Shez Got Soul was a high class performer running 3rd in the Group 3 Newcastle Cup behind star stayer Just Terms, multiple Wenty wins inc a 29.87 run, ran 3rd in a Million Dollar Chase semi final behind now stud dog Get it Gizmo and ran 2nd in the GRNSW Middle Distance Championship Final at Dapto after winning her heat.

She is from the magnificent and highly successful Tifi damline. Word on the street says, some will be for sale.

The Beasts oldest litters are now hitting Break-In age with some great early reports.

A bitch from the Beast Unleashed x Irma Adeline litter is at Peter Gavin's in Melbourne, at her 2nd run she went, 1st Section: 5.48 and a flying 18.03 overall. A replay of the trial is available at the "Catch me if you can Kennels" facebook page. Her litter brother went a very quick 5.73 and 18.28 overall.

The first two pups to Break-In from the Beast Unleashed x She's Fabtstic (a litter sister to Pindari Express) litter are reported to be going very fast as well.

Early break-In reports are very promising, the common theme being they chase, have good temperaments, sensible and learn quickly, just like Dad.

We got sent a video last week from Brandon Dance who is breaking in a couple around Sale and they are going very quick, he has already received offers for them.

It will be a couple of months before his first pups hit the race tracks.
