I was considering contacting them to see if I could use her to KC and All just a couple weeks ago, not realising his straws were hard to come by (and expensive) and not realising WM had used her with the same thing in mind. I even spoke with Kerri about it, but we're both pretty much out of the sport now so it was really just an idea.

I have the one and only KC vial in this part of the World and i am keen to use it this year. However it is giving me big problems because non of my females have ended up being good enough to use it on so far . I have been offered females but i really don't want to risk it with anything less than the best .Also i am reluctant to sell firstly because i would prefer pups secondly with it being the only one there is no return. So if things went wrong it might cause problems or at least bad blood due to the value. There is another problem here in that if i approached owners of top females the likely hood is the owners wouldn't get how good KC And All can be.Possibly never even heard of him.
Some ideas on suitable match's would be useful in case i have missed something..

Yes, it is hard to find suitable bitches for straws that are hard to obtain. I'm not sure how many are left in Australia but it wouldn't be many.

Certainly looks that way but going back to your Original question. Although I cannot answer it directly .
I can say that when researching KC a few years ago the Americans were telling me . That he nicked with Fortress but appeared to work nicely with Brett Lee as well . I think that was possibly before Striker Light . I think such as Brian Witt and Dennis McKeon might be able to shed more light on the potential crosses. KC now has 4 Sons available at stud here in the UK and Ireland .

Actually Brian Witt was the reason I used him when he wrote about his unbelievable stats on here and now I cant remember which thread it was on. Cheers Ted.

I remember one of the stats was out of 30 top races for year Kc and Alls won nine of them with very few progeny.

Aston Rupee was huge last night at The Meadows. I think we'll have another son of KC And All to choose from in the future, what a sire!
