Nothing better than a sire who gets his inflated stud fee from performance at stud not reputation. Pity this fella has only really been found when it's almost too late.

What a run by Coolavanny Hoffa in yesterday's round 2 of the Irish Derby, running a sensational 29.13 at Shelbourne Park.
Second only to Jackslittlething (29.10) for Droopys Sydney progeny at the trip. Will be hard to beat in a series full of stars!

Top achievement this... havent done any research but Im sure Im sure theres boys out there that could tell us has any other Sire achieved this fete. Quite possibly he could have the final 6 ... now that would be phenomenal

Droopys Sydney had to settle for 2nd & 3rd in the Derby. However his son Swords Rex was lethal winning over the 525y in the second fastest time ever recorded at Shelbourne Park. Winning by an ever increasing 8.75L and stopping the clock at an amazing 27.79,
