David, often bitches dont come on for a number of reasons & you have to look outside of the box to get them back on . I bought a well bred bitch out of WA to breed, flew her to Melbourne, kept her for 18 months waiting in vain only to give her away & she came on the very next day.

Vet check to ensure no infection is normally first step.

Put the word out to find anyone with a bitch in early stages of season & get your bitch kennel next to it.

Move her around to mates place for couple of weeks then bring her home simple move or change can make the difference.

Weather change/ temperature changes sometimes can do it.

I have had bitch bought on using acupuncture but hard to find people doing it.

Good luck
